Anytime Scrambled Eggs

INGREDIENTS

  • 4 free range eggs
  • 2 glugs milk
  • handful chopped chives
  • salt and freshly ground pepper
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • Feeds 2
  • 10 Minutes
  • Super mega easy

DIRECTIONS

  1. Place a non stick frying pan on medium heat
  2. Crack the eggs into a bowl, add the milk, chives and the pepper (not the salt) and whisk together
  3. Add the butter to the pan, when it bubbles add the egg mix
  4. Now add the salt
  5. Using a spatula, move the eggs around in the pan to create little folds of eggs. Carry on until you have cooked the eggs to your liking
  6. Serve on buttered toast or with sliced avo, or with bacon, any time of the day!
